Depending on how you arrive in Milan there are different ways to get to the LITA

Travelling by airplane
Milan lies in the centre of northern Italy and has three international airports nearby:
Linate, Malpensa, Orio al Serio - Bergamo
Linate is Milan's city airport. You can catch the number 73 bus into the city centre, its takes around 15-20mins. Tickets cost €1 and must be bought before boarding and stamped in the ticket machine on board the bus. The most convenient way to get from Linate to LITA is by taxi (about 10-15mins journey).
Malpensa Airport is 50 km from Milan. There is a regular train service (leaving every 30 mins) that arrives at Milano Cadorna station. The journey takes 40 minutes. Alternitively you can travel to Milan by couch. Several coach companies provide a frequent service to Milano Centrale Station.
Orio al Serio is Bergamo's city airport and is about 45km from Milan. A coach service provides regular transport to Milano Centrale Station.

Getting to LITA by pubblic trasport
From Milan's Central station (Stazione Centrale), or any other metro stop, buy an 'extraurbana' public transport ticket from a news stand. Take the Underground metro to Udine (5 stops from Stazione Centrale on the MM2 green line or 'linea 2'; trains bound for Cologno, Gessate or Cascina Gobba). Take the 925 Bus from Udine to Milano 2 (departures are every 30 minutes). At this point there is a 700 metre walk from the bus stop.
Travelling by car
Milan has a ring motorway. Follow the directions for the Tangenziale Est (East Motorway). Take the exit Lambrate and go in the direction of Segrate (not 'centro città'); after 1 Km there is a sign on the left side of the road by the traffic lights for Milano 2. Turn left and continue straight down Viale Fratelli Cervi for 1.4 Km, the LITA is towards the end on the left side of the road, n.93.
